I launched the gentle and lowly co. Podcast in 2023 as an extension of my Christian clothing brand, gentle and lowly co., to create a space for honest, joy-filled conversations about following Jesus in the everyday—through friendship, calling, waiting, and worship.

Each episode is shaped by prayer, rooted in Scripture, and full of laughter, reflection, and real-life moments. It’s a place where deep friendship forms, where we remember the joy of the Gospel together, and where young adults (and those young at heart) are encouraged to run their race with hope.
